AI Transformation: Accelerating Growth With Right-fit AI Tools

You might think a global technology company has AI operating models dialed in, but with an abundance of new technologies available to brands worldwide, this multinational enterprise was looking to drive efficiency through onboarding AI tools.

INTRODUCTION

In 2025, APR was engaged by a multinational corporation and technology company to analyze AI pilot projects aimed at optimizing content creation and marketing workflows. In the rapidly evolving landscape of AI, the client knew that delivering timely results was paramount to success.

With a desire to pilot projects and scale them out to the company at large, the client turned to APR to source and negotiate for the right fit partners who would implement AI workflow tools for content creation and marketing at scale.  

APR was hired as a neutral third party to provide an unbiased evaluation of AI tools and provide best-in-class processes for adding new AI-forward agency partners in a fair, transparent way. The client sought APR's domain expertise to ensure they were choosing the right tool for their needs and further understood the implementation challenges.

Through our unbiased evaluation and AI-first strategy, we empowered the client to make informed decisions about their AI tools and workflows. We identified critical efficiency opportunities and enabled the client to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance production efficiency. The client is now well-positioned to unlock greater value, foster stronger agency partnerships, and drive forward-thinking transformation in their marketing operations.

THE CHALLENGES

What at first seemed straightforward turned into a vortex of complexity. Initial briefings lacked comprehensive details, resulting in ambiguity that made it difficult for agencies to align with the project’s objectives. Mid-project scope changes from the client led to further inconsistencies in deliverables, which significantly reduced output. This reduction made meaningful comparisons between agencies during the evaluation process nearly impossible. Gathering consistent and actionable data from one agency resulted in incomplete submissions and multiple follow-ups, while another agency faced bottlenecks due to delayed feedback and slow review processes, impeding their ability to maintain momentum.

In the rapidly evolving landscape of AI, the client knew that delivering timely results were paramount to success. With a desire to pilot projects and scale them out to the company at large, the client turned to APR to find the right partners with the right tools who would implement AI workflow tools for content creation and marketing at scale.

THE SOLUTIONS

APR began its work by collaborating closely with the client’s leadership team to pinpoint the key operational hurdles impacting efficiency and scalability. Together, they identified the potential of streamlining approval processes and optimizing asset volumes through a dynamic sliding scale approach. To ensure a targeted and data-informed solution, we worked in partnership with our client to examine existing workflows and areas of human intervention, uncovering actionable opportunities for improvement.

With these insights in hand, together we co-designed a strategic roadmap to empower the organization for long-term success. This included implementing early approval protocols to accelerate decision-making and integrating advanced tracking mechanisms to continually refine the role of human oversight. These innovations laid the foundation for enhancing collaboration between employees and AI tools, laying the groundwork to incremental gains over time.

To sustain these outcomes, APR provided detailed tracking strategies and measurement frameworks to ensure progress remained on course. By embedding adaptability into the solution design, APR equipped the client to harness the evolving potential of AI-driven efficiencies, paving the way for operational growth, resilience, and excellence.

THE RESULTS

The pilot program told a compelling story of transformation and efficiency across two agencies navigating a traditionally time-intensive marketing workflow. At the start, both faced challenges—process delays, translation errors, and inefficiencies that hampered their ability to meet critical deadlines.  

One agency, grappling with a 35-day production timeline, implemented our strategic recommendations and achieved dramatic results. Through AI-powered optimizations, they compressed their timeline to just 14 days, showcasing the power of innovation to unlock speed without sacrificing quality. Meanwhile, the second agency used AI to revolutionize its workflow entirely, achieving a 60% improvement in production timing and proving that agility and precision can go hand-in-hand in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Perhaps most striking was the improvement in accuracy. Translation errors, once a recurring pain point, were nearly eliminated during the trial. By Phase 3, only one error was reported—a stark contrast to the norm.  

These outcomes demonstrate not only measurable success but also APR’s ability to empower clients with solutions that elevate standards, streamline processes, and ultimately redefine what is possible in a modern marketing workflow.

CONCLUSION

Ultimately, APR’s holistic approach did more than solve the problems at hand; it provided the client with an empowered framework for achieving sustained growth and operational excellence. By tackling the root causes and showcasing a vision for scalability, our team played a pivotal role in shaping a strategic pathway toward a more innovative and resilient future.
