We partnered with a global consumer goods brand to revolutionize their content production ecosystem. Since 2019, we’ve been working closely with this client to strengthen data automation, production governance, offer strategic financial oversight, and drive smarter processes.

THE CHALLENGES

Imagine spending over 50 hours every month wrangling data. That’s precisely the position a global CPG (consumer packaged goods) company found itself in. With over 10,000 creative assets being localized each year by a variety of agencies, each with its own processes, tracking and analyzing this mountain of data was nothing short of overwhelming. Reporting was manual, inconsistent, and labor-intensive, eating up valuable time and resources.
