Chief Client Officer

Erin Wilhoite is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in the domestic and international telecommunications and cable industries. Her dynamic career spans leadership roles at globally recognized organizations including British Telecom, Discovery Networks, AT&T, Comcast, and Charter Communications. Throughout her career, Erin has cultivated deep expertise in brand management, consumer and B2B product marketing, and strategic partnerships. 

As Chief Client Officer at APR, Erin strategically leads the end-to-end client experience, ensuring that every engagement delivers measurable value and long-term impact. In this role, she is the executive owner of client success—driving a proactive, data-informed approach to client onboarding, adoption, engagement, and retention. Her focus is on optimizing every phase of the client journey to ensure alignment with business goals and sustained advocacy for APR’s solutions. 

Erin holds a degree from the University of Virginia and brings a collaborative, results-driven mindset to everything she does—elevating client partnerships through innovation, insight, and strategic leadership.  Erin takes full advantage of living in Colorado as an avid runner, hiker, and snowshoer; mother to two amazing children, Trey (19) and Ellie (16); and loves to cook, entertain, and garden alongside her husband, Bret.
